We'd rather have a happy ex-customer than an unhappy one. If PageMarks isn't for you, we'll give you your money back.
Every new account gets 7 days free. A card is required to start the trial, but you are not charged during it. Cancel before the trial ends and you pay nothing — and you keep full access until the last day of the trial.
This is the best way to decide whether PageMarks is worth paying for, and we'd encourage you to use it rather than to rely on a refund.
If you are charged and change your mind, email us within 14 days of the charge and we will refund it in full. No forms, no questions, no retention script.
This applies to your first charge on a monthly or yearly plan.
Subscriptions renew automatically. We'll email you before a yearly renewal.
If a renewal catches you by surprise — you meant to cancel and forgot — tell us within 14 days and we'll refund it. We have no interest in money from someone who didn't want to pay it.
In the extension: Settings → Account → Manage subscription. That opens Paddle's billing portal, where you can cancel in one click. You keep access until the end of the period you've already paid for.
Email nolojiatechnologies@gmail.com from the address on your account. Tell us you'd like a refund — that's genuinely all we need.
Refunds are issued to your original payment method by Paddle, our merchant of record. They normally arrive within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Nothing is deleted. Cancelling or refunding locks the extension, but every note, collection and workspace stays on your device, exactly as you left it. You can export it all to a plain JSON file at any time from Settings — including after you've cancelled.
We may decline a refund where an account has clearly abused the policy — for example, repeatedly subscribing and refunding. This is rare, and we will always explain ourselves if we do.
